I am an attorney located in both St. Petersburg and Venice, Florida. I serve clients throughout Florida and Minnesota, as well as international clients. My practice areas include maritime, personal injury, securities, international law, criminal defense, business and commercial litigation, probate and trust litigation, and real estate litigation.
Additionally, I have transactional experience with estate planning documents and contracts.
I am originally from Texas where a strong moral foundation of trust, humility, and candor was instilled. I believe an effective attorney is more than someone who can recite legal text, but rather one who listens to the totality of a client’s issues, and seeks a long-term solution within legal confines.
